In the R&D department, NorthSource has established a specialized R&D team to focus on high-speed tape yarn. Through their independently developed airflow guiding device, they have increased the spinning speed to 800 meters per minute, which is 35% higher than the industry's conventional speed, while ensuring the flatness and uniformity of the tape yarn. The high-end spring and summer yarn series focuses on the three core demands of "lightness, transparency, and coolness", using organic cotton from Brazil and Austrian Lanxess Modal fibers. They adopt a biological enzyme polishing process, reducing the friction coefficient of the yarn surface by 40%, giving it a silky smooth touch. The high-end fancy yarn series integrates traditional craftsmanship with modern numerical control technology. Through a customized computer jacquard system, it achieves precise control of 12 special textures such as feather yarn, circle yarn, and bamboo joint yarn, with the texture error controlled within 0.1mm.
In the production process, considering the characteristics of the three new products, the workshop has specially set up a constant-temperature and constant-humidity production area. The temperature is controlled at 22 ± 1℃, and the humidity is maintained at 65 ± 3%. This ensures that the yarns do not suffer from environmental influences during the production process. At the same time, the company has established a full-process quality traceability system. Each batch of yarns is equipped with a unique RFID tag, allowing customers to scan the tag to view the full-chain information such as the origin of the raw materials, production process, and test reports.
In terms of sales and services, NorthSource has introduced the "1+N" customized service model, which involves assigning one dedicated customer manager to each client and forming a service team consisting of departments such as research and development, production, and quality inspection. For clothing brand clients, they provide a full-process service ranging from yarn selection, sample production to large-scale production; for home textile enterprises, they offer an "yarn + fabric" overall solution, recommending suitable yarns and weaving techniques based on the client's product positioning. Additionally, the company has established a rapid response mechanism for customer feedback, ensuring that any requests or issues raised by customers will receive a reply within 2 hours and a solution within 48 hours.
