The base, leveraging its advantageous geographical location, advanced equipment cluster & large-scale production capacity, is dedicated to providing customers with high-quality, high-efficiency & highly flexible yarn production solutions.

The factory in the Guangzhou headquarters has a modern standard production workshop & storage space covering an area of 8,000 square meters. The workshop is scientifically planned & well-organized, achieving integrated & efficient operation throughout the entire process from raw material storage, production processing, online inspection to product packaging. This provides a solid guarantee for the smooth execution of large-scale & multi-variety orders.



Specialized advanced equipment cluster:

The distinctive fancy yarn unit is equipped with 100 high-performance knitting machines.

This unit specializes in producing various complex fancy yarns, circular yarns, ribbon yarns, feather yarns, etc., & possesses strong capabilities in texture shaping & creative realization. It is the key support for the company to serve the personalized markets such as fashion, women's wear, and home textiles.

Efficient basic yarn unit is equipped with 50 high-speed & precise spinning machines.

This unit is dedicated to producing high-quality & highly uniform regular & functional basic yarns, with high efficiency & strong stability. It is an important foundation for ensuring the company's core products have large-scale, stable supply & cost advantages.

Two equipment clusters work collaboratively, achieving comprehensive product coverage ranging from basic to specialized, & from large-scale production to small-batch production, thereby forming a powerful combined competitive advantage.
